Painting is my happy place...
I’ve devoted much of my time and studio space to painting pet portraits in beautiful watercolors and high quality paper. My favorite part of painting someone’s pet is capturing a moment in time for a client. I enjoy hearing stories behind each subject I paint, too. It’s very personal to me. It allows me to discover the essence of a client’s furry or feathered family member. Each one is so unique and I try to capture the personality of each one. Knowing I’m able to fill a void or capture a moment for a client is what brings me joy as an artist.
Whether it is a fun photo of an energetic puppy or a memorial painting of a faithful horse, I put my heart and talents into each painting.

I am a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico where the landscape and big sky inspired my love for color. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have five awesome boys. We are a military family who recently retired back in the US after spending time in Germany and Japan.
